Plus, dried fruit is a great source of energy when you need a little pick-me-up at work because they contain little to no fat while also containing a significant amount of calories.

Jerky is high in protein and low in fat, so it’s good for your muscles.

You can find beef, buffalo, pork, turkey, venison, and even salmon jerky options.
